How fast do I get access after purchase?

Can I download lessons for offline use?
Playback & downloads
Yes—audio tracks can be downloaded from your course dashboard for personal offline listening. Video streaming requires an active connection to preserve the best experience and licensing. If you need a special offline setup for travel, ask support and we’ll recommend a workflow.
What if I can’t fall asleep during the first week?

The first week is about stabilizing your routine and reducing sleep pressure “spikes.” Focus on consistency: same wake-up time, low light 60 minutes before bed, and don’t chase sleep—follow the protocol. If after 7–10 nights you’re stuck, contact us with your schedule and we’ll help personalize it.
Is the course safe if I take sleep medication?

Our content is educational and focuses on routines, environment, and relaxation skills. It’s generally compatible, but we can’t provide medical advice. If you use prescription or OTC sleep aids, follow your clinician’s guidance and consider sharing the routine plan with them before changing anything.
What’s your refund policy?

If the course isn’t a fit, contact us within 14 days of purchase. We’ll ask what you tried (so we can improve) and process the refund to the original payment method. Refund timing depends on your bank, usually 3–10 business days.
How do I switch between light and dark theme?

Do you offer a bedtime routine template?
Routines
Yes. Inside the course you’ll find a 20–45 minute routine template. The short version focuses on light, temperature, and a two-step downshift (breathing + progressive relaxation). The longer version adds journaling and a screen-off transition.
I didn’t get the email receipt—what should I do?
Email & delivery
First, check Promotions/Spam and search your inbox for “Falling Asleep Quickly.” If it’s not there, make sure the email used at checkout is correct. Then contact support with your full name and approximate purchase time—we’ll resend the receipt and help you access the course.
